Our History

In 2005, the first Western New York Fiber Arts Festival was organized by a group of fiber enthusiasts and held at Knox Farm State Park. Over the following years, the festival continued to grow with the participation of members of local fiber-related guilds, fiber animal owners, and breeders as well as fiber-related vendors. While the location of the festival has changed, the philosophy of celebrating the passion and knowledge of the WNY fiber arts community has remained the same.

We are always looking for new vendors, demonstrators, workshop leaders, and participants. All are welcome to join us in this annual event!

Steering Committee

This event is made possible by numerous hard-working volunteers. We thank you, volunteers and participants, for your enthusiastic support!
